SoftTH is a software solution for spanning Direct3D 9 games into multiple monitors without special hardware. It supports spanning across multiple video cards.
SoftTH development by me has ceased, but taken over by born2beflyin over at www.softth.net.
SoftTH source code has also been released under GNU GPL v3
